Tailoring home insurance products to mid and high-net-worth clients secures significant benefits. As well as providing policyholders with the cover and service they expect, it enables brokers and insurers to demonstrate their expertise and build long term relationships.

However, while there are advantages in recommending these products, research carried out by Home & Legacy among brokers found a lack of clarity around what constitutes a mid or HNW client.
