MOJ rapid claims portal two years on: How far have we come and what happens next?

When the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) reforms went live in April 2010, Hill Dickinson Motor Claims Solutions (HDMCS) created a bespoke tracker to chart the progress of claims through the portal.

We suspected that it would be some time before any meaningful statistics would be produced by the MOJ. In the absence of any forthcoming data, HDMCS was one of the few companies that could produce any factual data based on actual statistics.
