What keeps insurer CEOs awake at night? What do they really think about their industry? And how do they believe it could work better?
In an attempt to discover the answers to these questions, Post has conducted a survey of 17 UK-based insurer CEOs and managing directors, who were encouraged to respond as openly and honestly as possible on condition that none of their answers would be attributed to them.
In the first report of a five-part series covering Post’s latest State of the Nation survey, Mairi MacDonald reports on how regulation of the insurance industry is viewed by insurance CEOs and managing directors and how they think it could work better for the industry and its customers.
